Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.
How can I get a quote?
Simply visit the booking page to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
We charge a flat rate for our cleaning services based on the size of your home and any extras you may have added on. Your cleaning total may change at the time of service if additional rooms or services are added at that time.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Cleaning supplies are included. If you need us to use special supplies outside of our normal products, we ask that you provide those.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please contact us right away. We have a 24 hour policy for recleans and will visit your home within 48 hours to correct anything we may have missed.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We like to give our teams a little notice. We might offer this service in the future.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your account.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OR CONTRACTS?
No, you can cancel service any time, we just ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of a pre-scheduled booking. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?
There’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning on our cleaning services page. You can also request extra items when you book.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?
Yes, unless you have a special request for products that we don’t normally carry.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting our services page.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
Two cleaners are sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same team for each cleaning.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require experience in residential house cleaning to work with us and provide ongoing training.
